Don't cry over spilled milk

Fatma, a detective, arrives at the office, being called by the boss. It turns out there is a new case to solve. There has been a wave of deaths in suspicious circumstances. As they are discussing it, Fatma is trying to insinuate it to be separate suicides that have nothing to do with each other. The title "The coin" is chosen due to Fatma’s nature. Just like a coin, she has two faces. One of a detective and the other of a killer.

Split minded mystery

The play follows the main character Harold Smith as he discovers clues that lead him to realize he is actually the murderer of his friend, Frid Martinez. Through a series of monologues and investigations, Harold uncovers evidence that points to himself as the culprit. In a final act, Harold's two personalities engage in a battle, ultimately leading to Harold attempting to take his own life but failing due to the gun jamming. The play ends with a phone call notifying Harold of Frid's murder, leaving the audience to question the reality of Harold's actions.
